Product sizes and measurements

In the product pages we display the Italian size of the garment (the size you find on the original product tag). On the product’s page information, you will also find a link to our Size Guide where you can check the conversion table for your Country and see more information about fit & measurement of each item.

How can I find my correct size?

After visiting the product page informations and the corresponding Size Guide, if you still have not identified your size, please contact our Customer Service indicating:

  • the link or name of the product you are interested in
  • your measurements (for example chest and shoulders for outerwear or knitwear, neck circumference for a shirt, waistline or hips for trousers)
  • your wearability preference (e.g. slim if you like a tight fit, or relaxed if you prefer a more comfort fit).

Our Customer Service will be happy to show you the size that best suits your needs in order to fully enjoy the uniqueness of Boglioli garments.

Change or cancel an order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. Once the package has been prepared for the shipping, the order can no longer be modified. However, we will always do our best to find the most satisfying solution for your needs.
 Remember you can request a return and refund after delivery, in case you don’t want keep one or more items.

Shipping Countries

We ship to over 30 Countries, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and many more.

Please note you will need to select the Country you want to ship to before you start your shopping; our catalogue and services may change according to the delivery location.

To change the shipping country, go to the footer at the bottom of the page and click on "Country". A popup will appear where you can select the shipping country to which you intend to ship the purchase.

Shipping times and costs

All orders are shipped from Italy. You can choose between the following shipping methods at checkout:

  • Complimentary Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days*
  • Express Delivery: 1 to 3 business days*

* Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays (orders are not shipped or delivered during weekends and holidays).

These delivery times are approximate and may change according to the courier and the delivery Country. Very often we manage to deliver earlier than expected. However, in exceptional cases, such as delivery to remote locations and islands, it may take up to two extra days.

If you have a special request regarding delivery – for example if you need to receive your order by a certain date – we suggest you contact our Customer Service before placing your order.

Tracking your order

As soon as the DHL courier takes charge of your order, you will receive an email with the shipment identification number that you can use to track the delivery directly on the DHL website (www.dhl.com).

It may take 24 hours from receipt of this email to see the first updated data on the courier's website.

Delivery on Demand with DHL

DHL will request a signature upon delivery, therefore it's important to choose an address where you or someone else will be available during day time hours (for example at a concierge or office address).

DHL will send you an email and a Text Message the day before the delivery is scheduled.

Boglioli has chosen to offer complimentary Delivery On Demand service for all orders: this means you will be able to modify the delivery date and address, in case you are unavailable on the expected delivery date.

After two failed delivery attempts, the package will be restored to our warehouse and the order will be automatically canceled by charging a lump sum of € 30 (or £ 30 or 30$) for non-shipment. For this reason, in case of any impediment, we recommend you to contact our Customer Service in advance.

Taxes and duties

The prices you see online already includes VAT and all applicable duties. You will not have any extra fees at delivery. For US orders: Sales tax, where applicable, will be added to your order total before you checkout.

Requesting a return

We want to give you plenty of time to try out the items you have purchased in the comfort of your home. If you decide to return one or more products to us, you can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

To request the return, simply fill in our online Return Form.

At the time of the request, you can decide whether to request a refund or replacement of the garment with a larger or smaller size than the one purchased, indicating any details in the comment area of the form.

Return policy and conditions

Before requesting the return, kindly ensure it meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be new, in exactly the same condition as you received it, neither modified nor washed, with all labels and security tags attached (including any accessories or special packaging). Please take care not to damage the product in any way while trying it on
  • The item must have been purchased online and not in one of our boutiques
  • The Return Form must be filled in within 14 days from delivery of the order
  • Once you receive the authorization for the return, the package must be delivered to the courier within 14 days
  • The package must be shipped from the same Country where you received the order.

We will not be able to accept returns that do not meet all the previous conditions. Any non-compliant items will be returned to the original order address and the return will not be accepted.

How to ship the return

After filling in the Return Form and obtaining your Return Authorization from our Customer Service with all details, please follow these simple steps:

  • Place the items in the original box in which you received them, complete with all labels and any special packaging (alternatively, in a suitable and sufficiently sturdy box)
  • Print and attach the return label on the box. The return approval email includes a link to which you can access the return status page (if you have a personal account, the page will be visible in the "Returns" area by logging in). On that page you will find the prepaid return label. Be sure to cover or remove other labels on the package
  • Within 48 hours the courier will pick up the package with the returned items. In case of non-collection, contact the courier (you will find the number on www.dhl.com) to organize a new pick-up, or take the package to the most convenient DHL Service Point for you

How to exchange/replace an order

If you have fallen in love with the item purchased, but unfortunately the size is too small or too large, you have the option of making a free size change.

How to do it? Easy, when you fill the online return request form indicate "Replacement" as the solution and in the comment indicate the desired size for each product.

You will receive confirmation of the replacement order as soon as possible. Once the return is approved, you can print the label to be attached to the package of the item or items to be returned.

When the courier delivers the new items, he will also collect the return ones at the same time. Alternatively, it could happen that the courier passes twice: once for the delivery of the new items and another for the pick-up of the return.

Where can I find the prepaid return label?

Upon approval of the return by our Customer Service, a prepaid return label will be generated which you will need to print and attach to the return box. Find the downloadable label at the bottom of the "Returns" page by clicking the link contained in the return approval email sent by our Customer Service.

If you have a personal account, you can check the status of your return any time on the "Returns" page of your personal account.

Return refund times

If you have requested a return, the refund will be made on the same payment method used for the purchase.

When we receive your return, it will take us a few days to verify that all the return conditions have been met.

After successfully completed checks, we will send you an email to confirm that the items have been accepted and that a refund has been requested. You should see a refund within 20 days of confirming our refund; Please keep in mind that these times may change depending on the country and payment method chosen.

Payment by credit cards

To protect your credit card purchases, you will be asked to enter the CVV code on each order, which you can find on the back of the card.

As an additional security measure, we use 3D Secure validation. To ensure the best security service for our customers, we adopt this procedure on all credit card payments. The institution that issued your credit card may ask you to authorize the payment by entering a temporary security code or SMS code or by using another authentication method.

Payment with Paypal

With Paypal it will be possible to pay in complete safety by credit card or through a registered Paypal account.

Payment with Sofort

By choosing Sofort (option active in some countries) you can pay safely by bank transfer.

After confirming the order, you will be directed to the Sofort payment page:

  • Choose your bank in the list of banks enabled for the service
  • You will be asked, in complete safety, for your home banking credentials to authorize the transfer
  • Once the transfer has been authorized, the payment will be concluded

Refund process and timing

If you requested a return, your refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Once we receive the returned items at our warehouse, we will need a few days to verify that all return conditions have been met. We will then send you an email to acknowledge that the items have been accepted and the refund has been issued. You should see the credit within 20 days from receiving our refund confirmation, however please consider this timing is subject to banking procedures and that it may vary for different Countries/payment methods.
