Return Policy

1. REFUNDS

We try to show you the colours of the products as accurately as possible. However, different computer screens may display colours differently, we cannot guarantee that your screen will show every colour perfectly.

All products are certified for high quality and undergo careful checks when shipped.

If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

Please send us all items to be returned in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible.

Products must be returned in their original packaging to be adequately protected during transit. Shoe boxes must also be adequately protected as they are considered part of the entire product and your return will not be accepted if the boxes are damaged.

2. CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS

To exercise the right of return, all items must be intact and unused, unworn, unwashed, or undamaged. They must also be returned with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging.

The return request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date of the order.

To initiate the procedure:

Access the Return Center via the dedicated link;
Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase;
Follow the instructions provided until the return label is generated, which must then be printed.

Once the package is prepared, deliver it to a collection point of the indicated courier, using the prepaid label provided.
After receiving and verifying the returned products, we will proceed with issuing the refund.

Additional conditions:

Products must not show signs of use, wear, or damage;
The identification tag must be intact and still attached via the single-use seal. It is recommended to try on the products without removing it, as returns without this element will not be accepted;
Products must be returned in their original packaging;
Returns for the same order must be shipped in a single solution. The Seller reserves the right not to accept partial returns sent separately.
