Why isn't my order going through?

If your order fails, contact your bank to check for any security blocks on your credit card. Try placing a new order, making sure that the billing address, the name on the card, and other details related to your account/card are correct.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Once the order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee its cancellation or modification.

If you have received your order and wish to return or exchange it, please refer to the Returns and Refunds section.
Can I add products to an existing order?

It is not possible to change orders or add products to an existing order.
It's my first time buying from this Online Store. What do I need to know?

Please ensure that the shipping address, billing address, and payment card statement all refer to the same country: any discrepancies may cause blocks or delays in order processing.

Please also make sure you enter your contact information accurately, so we can communicate with you if necessary.
How do I place an order?

Shopping on bogliolimilano.com is a simple and pleasant experience. You can browse the categories available in the menu to discover our collections, or use the search bar if you already know the product you are looking for.

Once you have found the item, select the size and color and click on "Add to cart". You can view the selected items at any time via the cart icon at the top or through the side panel. From the Shopping Bag, you can also remove an item or add it to your Wishlist.

When you are ready to complete your purchase, click on "Proceed to checkout" to finalize your order.

In case of difficulty in placing your order, we suggest you:

  • Use an updated browser, preferably Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
  • Clear your browser's cache or delete cookies
  • Check that your payment card is enabled for online purchases, keeping your 3D Secure code handy
  • Try an alternative payment method
