HOW DO I GET A REFUND IF MY CREDIT CARD EXPIRED AFTER THE PURCHASE?

We are only authorized to issue refunds to the credit card originally used for payment.

If the credit card you used for payment has expired or been blocked, but you have a new card issued by the same financial institution, the refund will still go to your new credit card account, even if the number is different.

If you no longer have an account with that financial institution, please contact the bank directly to check the details of the pending refund. Generally, the financial institution will issue a physical check to refund you the full amount. We recommend that you provide a valid mailing address to the financial institution, if necessary.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We will refund you within 14 business days from the date of receipt of your return at our warehouse and will notify you by email. In the case of orders canceled before shipment, the refund will be issued within 3 business days of cancellation.

If your order was shipped outside the EU, taxes and customs duties cannot be refunded by us: we suggest you contact your relevant Customs Office, they might be able to help you recover those costs.

The refund method will follow the payment method used:

• CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

The refund will be made to the same Credit Card used at the time of purchase; the time required for the credit to be received varies depending on the Banking Institution.

• PAYPAL PAYMENTS

The refund will generally be visible in your PayPal account within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email. In some cases, however, it may take up to 15 business days for complete processing.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

You can return your order by requesting a return within 14 days of delivery.

You will be asked to enter your order number and the email address used. Follow the indicated procedure, at the end of which you will receive the return label to print. Leave the package with the pre-paid label at any center of the selected courier. Once the package is received and its contents analyzed, we will proceed with issuing the refund.

IS RETURNS FREE?

Returns are free of charge if you use the same courier indicated on the return label.

Alternatively, you can still choose to select another courier of your choice. However, in this case, return shipping costs will be at your expense and will not be refunded.

Please note that choosing to use a different courier may slow down the return process and the final refund.

HOW CAN I BOOK A RETURN COLLECTION?

1. Check the courier's name on the return label you received.

2. Book the pickup by following the booking methods of the courier indicated on your return label:

  • DHL: You can contact DHL by phone by calling your country's DHL centre. Alternatively, you can book the collection through the website.
  • OTHER COURIERS: You can select your preferred courier. However, return shipping costs will be at your expense and will not be refunded. Please note that choosing to use your own courier may slow down the return process and final refund.

3. Remember to note down the parcel tracking number found on the label to monitor the status of your return.

WHERE'S MY REFUND?

To monitor the status of your return, enter the tracking number from the return label on the courier's website.

We remind you that the refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date your return is received at the warehouse.

I HAVE LOST THE RETURN LABEL. HOW CAN I REQUEST A NEW ONE?

There are two ways to get your return label:

Via the Returns Centre:
Access our Returns Centre
By entering your order number and email address, you can access your order and directly reprint the return label.

By contacting Customer Service:
Contact our Customer Service by email or chat via the link Contact Us and we will send you a new return label.

For returns from the United States, the Return Proforma Invoice will be generated and transmitted automatically by our system, without any request on your part.
