HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipping details and a tracking number to follow your order's delivery.

If you completed your order purchase using your account: you can check your order status by logging into your account and visiting your 'Orders' list.

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING OR IS MISSING. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can find the name of the courier handling your package delivery and check the status of your order by following the instructions in the box How can I track my order.

If the tracking number doesn't work or is non-existent, don't worry: the process of transferring information from the courier to our systems can take up to 24 hours to complete. During this time, the information related to your order might be incomplete, or the tracking number might be reported as "non-existent."

For this reason, we kindly ask you to check again 24 hours after receiving the shipping tracking email. The information will be updated directly by the courier.

Can I change the delivery address after the order has already been shipped?

Once the order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee a change of shipping address.

Brexit

As of January 1, 2021, the United Kingdom is no longer among the countries belonging to the European Union.

Following the agreement signed between the two countries ("free trade"), it will be possible to continue purchasing without further taxes applied within the European Union to the United Kingdom and vice versa.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES?

Local VAT is applied to all destinations in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the USA.
In many countries, shipments are made on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all applicable import and customs duties are included in the final product price.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations:

the price of the products shown does not include taxes and VAT. The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and local taxes imposed by the country to which the shipment is made. Payment of these taxes is required for customs clearance of the order.

We cannot predict the exact amount of taxes and duties to be paid, so we advise you to check them before placing an order. Shipping costs are already included in your final order total. In any case, the courier may present you with a separate invoice for local taxes to be paid.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST AND WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

We offer various shipping options to best meet your needs.

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping type and destination. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and, from the date of dispatch, we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorisation processes.

Please note that during sale periods, deliveries may be delayed by 2-3 business days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

MISSING ITEMS

If your order has been delivered and you've noticed some items are missing, please contact us via the chat button at the bottom right, or by email at customercare@bogliolimilano.com.

You will need to provide us with the following information to enable us to open an investigation with the courier:

. General photos of the package (from different angles if possible)

. Photos of the contents

. Details of the delivery method

. Details of the package's condition at the time of delivery

Please also keep everything you received, including the cardboard box, until the investigation with the courier is completed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

If you are not available at the time of delivery of your order, a new delivery attempt will be made the following day. If necessary, a third attempt will be made the day after. In case of failed delivery on the third attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

CAN I SCHEDULE THE DELIVERY DATE AND TIME?

It is not possible to book a delivery time or make appointments with the courier. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during office hours.

The courier does not make deliveries on pre-holiday and holiday days.
